PITTSBURGH – August 09, 2021 – The Road Warrior Foundation (RWF), a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit organization that provides “Adventure Therapy” for wounded military veterans, has appointed Jason Wozny and Matt Moser to its board of directors. Wozny and Moser, both all-around great guys and avid adventurers, bring a wealth of organizational and team management experience to the team, along with a deep background in event planning and execution.

When announcing the appointments, Chris Little, executive director of the Road Warrior Foundation, said, “The Road Warrior Foundation is in the middle of a significant growth period as more veterans look to escape the confinement of a pandemic-driven lifestyle. Our focus on Adventure Therapy is exactly what they need to reset and reenergize. Adding talented individuals like Jason and Matt to our team greatly enhances our ability to positively impact a greater number of those in need.”

The new Board of Directors appointments are part of an ongoing expansion plan for RWF, focused on giving more veterans more incredible experiences in more areas across the United States. 2021 is the Foundation’s most successful year to date in terms of fundraising, number of events, and number of veterans impacted. There is no slowing down with a full calendar of activities planned, an incredible list of sponsors, and a new Legacy Donor program helping to make it all happen.
