Official Rules of the Road Warrior Foundation Raffle
By participating, you agree that:
These Official Rules govern the conduct of the raffle and are binding on anyone who purchases or is named on a raffle ticket. The Road Warrior Foundation Raffle is a fundraising activity in support of Project Road Warrior Foundation, Inc. (RWF), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization headquartered at 2615 Fairgreen Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15241.
The mission of the Road Warrior Foundation is to provide wounded, ill, and injured U.S. veterans with memorable adventures that serve as a critical step in their rehabilitative journey.
The Prize
Each ticket holder gains entry into the Road Warrior Foundation Raffle on Monday, November 10, 2025, with the drawing to occur at 3:00 p.m. local time. The raffle location will be announced 45 days before the drawing date.
One Grand Prize winner will be selected at random. The Grand Prize is a 2025 Can-Am Canyon Redrock, with an MSRP of $32,299.
NO substitutions, cash refunds, or alternative prizes will be offered.
The winner is solely responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to:
Federal, state, and local taxes
Title, tags, licensing, and registration
Insurance and transportation
RWF assumes no responsibility for the Grand Prize winner’s tax obligations. Winners are strongly encouraged to consult a tax advisor. As required by law, RWF will file IRS Form W-2G and collect withholding taxes equal to 25% of the vehicle's fair market value prior to transferring the prize.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Must be able to take delivery within the 48 Contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.
Raffle tickets may not be purchased in the name of a business, trust, corporation, or other entity.
Board Members, their spouses, and immediate family members are not eligible.
RWF reserves the right to disqualify entries for rule violations, legal infractions, or misrepresentations.
Drawing will be conducted by an independent, unrelated party.
Entry and Ticket Details
Suggested minimum donation is $10 per ticket.
There is no maximum number of tickets available.
Ticket sales end at 2:00 p.m. local time on November 10, 2025.
Raffle tickets may be obtained:

By mail with full payment to:

When a raffle ticket order is placed and funds have cleared, RWF will complete the raffle ticket by filling in the name, address, and phone number of the purchaser. Returned or canceled payments automatically disqualify the ticket holder. Funds are maintained in a separate account at Wells Fargo Bank, St. Petersburg, FL.
Selection of Winner
The Grand Prize drawing will be held Monday, November 10, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m.
Location will be revealed 45 days prior to the event.
You do not need to be present to win.
If not present, the winner must notify RWF by 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025, of their intent to claim the prize. Failure to do so forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be drawn.
The winner is responsible for pickup and all related expenses.
Waiver, Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk
By participating in this raffle, each entrant and the Grand Prize winner voluntarily agrees to:
Waive, release, and discharge Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BRP), BRP US Inc., Project Road Warrior Foundation, Inc., their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, dealers, insurers, and service providers (collectively “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of or related to the raffle or the prize.
Assume full responsibility for any risk, including but not limited to injury, death, or property damage, associated with use or possession of the Grand Prize.
Acknowledge that off-road vehicle operation involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death.
The Grand Prize is provided "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Safety, mechanical condition, or fitness of the vehicle
RWF makes no guarantees regarding the suitability or tax treatment of the prize. The winner assumes all liability associated with accepting, operating, or transporting the vehicle.
No Purchase Necessary – Alternative Method of Entry
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter the Road Warrior Foundation Raffle.
To enter without a donation, mail or email a written request stating that you wish to obtain a “no donation” entry, along with the following:
A photocopy of an official government-issued ID
Your full name, mailing address, and phone number
A stamped, self-addressed return envelope

Limit: One no-donation entry per household.
To be eligible, entries must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time on November 10, 2025.
General Terms & Conditions
By entering, participants agree:
To be bound by all rules, terms, and conditions
That their name and likeness may be used in media, marketing, and publication by RWF
To release and hold harmless RWF, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from liability related to participation, winnings, or use of the prize
The winner’s name may be requested by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued for payments received after ticket sales have closed.
RWF is not responsible for:
Lost or delayed mail
Miscommunications or failed delivery of raffle tickets
In the event of breach, the sole remedy is return of the ticket donation amount. RWF is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
Priority & Disclaimer
In the case of any conflict between these rules and other promotional materials, these Official Rules take precedence.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
Lost, damaged, or late mail
Typographical or production errors
Mechanical malfunctions
Prize claim issues
More prizes being awarded than intended
